Freedom of the Internet is in danger.

With PIPA and SOPA, who fortunately have been abandoned, USA threatened the whole web.

You have to know that, in France, there is already a law called HADOPI. This law allows a special authority to cut one's internet access by monitoring the traffic sent to his IP address. This means that, if your neighbour connected to your unprotected WIFI network to download files, you go to jail and he is safe. Moreover, in order to avoid sanctions, you have to prove you are innocent, whereas no one has to prove you are guilty.

Today, the European Union, together with USA and many other country, decided to elaborate ACTA (Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement) which, one more time goes against every notion of Freedom on the Internet: electronic supports are to be controlled at borders, companies are allowed to have access to personal informations abour people they think are downloading illegaly.

You also have to know that, if your government say this kind of law is done to protect the artists, it is a lie. When you buy a CD, only 10% of the price go to the artist. 90% go to the company who sold the disc.

I always let everyone have access to my photographs. I hope I will always be able to do that. I think Culture is priceless, such as Freedom, Equality and Justice.

This is why I support the Anonymous and everything they believe in.

I support them as well! At least we know there's someone fighting to protect our rights from the pigs in government!
